Get Help
How to get help
If you need help from our foodbank there are a few simple steps to follow.
The most important step is to get a foodbank voucher.
There are number of ways to access support:
1 If you’re in financial crisis you can call the Trussell Trust helpline who are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm for free support from a trained Citizens Advice advisor. They will talk to you about the problems you are facing and provide support to help you manage your money, navigate the benefits system and identify any other grants you might be entitled to. They can also issue a foodbank voucher if required. 08082082138
2 Contact your child’s school, your social worker, local council, housing association, local CAB, Job centre or your church who should be able to offer a voucher.
3 Contact us directly for an emergency one off pack and information/advice on where to get future support
Bring your foodbank voucher to your nearest foodbank centre.
Bring your voucher or E number to the Vineyard Centre (25 Wellington Business Park, Dukes Ride, Crowthorne, RG45 6LS ) on Mondays 12:30 -2pm and Thursdays 12:30-2pm where our friendly team will be ready to provide a 3 day pack for you as well as the opportunity to take any additional items we may have.
